In support of this growth, ASTRAK CANADA LTD is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative. The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the Heavy Equipment aftermarket parts industry and in Mulcher equipment industry
Order Desk / Sales Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sell a diversified line of products via phone, email and over-the-counter
- Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
- Executing the store’s business plan as per company guidelines
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
- Work effectively as part of the team
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Support the sales team through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries
- Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
- Promote Company Private Branded products
Requirements
- Experience in the Construction Equipment aftermarket parts industry , specifically excavators, dozers and skid steers (min 3 year)
- Experience in the Mulcher industry ( min 2 yrs)
- Experience in mining, wood recycling and road milling industries would be an asset
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
- Computer experience
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- French speaking would be an asset as we are nation wide
Salary
- Wage based on experience
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - 40 hrs per week
- Company paid health and dental benefits
Other Responsibilities
May be ask from time to time to arrange Transport with shipping companies as per Approved Carrier List
