SHIPPING COST
Canadian Provinces:
- We offer FREE ground shipping on rubber tracks only to most Canadian Provinces. The shipping rate for all other products will be calculated during the online checkout process, the cost is based on the type of product and total weight.
CANADA EXEMPTED AREAS - Labrador, NWT, Nunavut & Yukon:
- All orders shipped to these Territories are quoted ground shipping with best available logistics carrier and additional charges will be applied. If you are from one of these areas, please contact us directly for a direct quote.
United States
- We offer FLAT RATE ground shipping to the lower 48 States in the USA delivered from our Canadian location The flat rate shipping cost includes any custom clearance fee incurred with shipping. The rate will be calculated during the online checkout process and the cost is based on your delivery location.
ORDER PROCESSING
Same-day Shipping for Stocked Items:
Orders for stocked merchandise placed by 2 PM Mountain Time ( 4 pm Eastern) are normally shipped the same business day (excludes weekends and holidays). The vast majority of items are stocked for same-day shipping, as indicated above item descriptions
Non-Stock Ordered Items:
We strive to have non-stock or special-order parts expedited shipped from our manufacturing facility but do not guarantee ETA time on these orders. Upon completion of the manufacturing process of our tracks it may take 8-12 weeks to receive special ordered items.
TYPICAL FREIGHT PACKAGE SIZE
All rubber track items are package wrapped on a pallet and shipped by a freight delivery service for curbside delivery.

We use common LTL Carriers for stocked items shipped from the RubberTrackCanada.ca warehouse out of Edmonton, AB Canada.

DELIVERY COMMUNICATION
IMPORTANT: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. We strongly recommend that you or someone you trust be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery and check for damage when it arrives. If you give the trucking company permission to leave the delivery without your inspection, you will assume all liability for any damage or loss.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Commercial Address Deliveries
Our standard FREE SHIPPING LTL pallet shipping rates require a commercial delivery address, which is the preferred method.
Hold for Pick-Up at the Nearest Trucking Depot
Our standard FREE SHIPPING deliveries can be picked up at your local freight terminal if you do not have an acceptable safe way to offload the package, or if it is too difficult for a Tractor-Trailer to access your proposed location. Please give us instructions at the time of ordering.
Residential & Rural Address Deliveries
There is an extra shipping charge for residential or rural deliveries. Shipments can be delivered to a residential address if someone is available to offload the package or curbside drop off arrangements are made prior to delivery. We reserve the right to collect any unforeseen fees that may have occurred at the time of delivery by using additional services such as a power lift-gate to assist the offload or if any excessive time charge was required.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking for all items, will not be available until after the item is shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number with all your proof of purchase information.
TAXES
Canada:
GST will apply.
United States:
No state sales tax is collected.
